Sound Healing for UCSF Affiliates

Sound healing with alchemy singing bowls is a no-touch healing modality. This workshop will offer a space to relax, connect with your senses, and gently tune into self-compassion.

No need to wear yoga clothes, you will be comfortably still.  Offered in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and open to all UCSF affiliates who are experiencing stress or healing from trauma.  Register, space is limited.
