Patricia Barragán is a dedicated advocate with over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed support to survivors of gender-based violence. She has led teams at the San Francisco Victim Services Division, addressing domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, child abuse, and sexual assault. A certified domestic violence counselor trained in Dr. Jacqueline Campbell’s Danger Assessment tool, Patricia specializes in designing trauma-informed care programs and delivering professional training that fosters understanding and compassion within the community. Patricia’s holistic and survivor-centered approach empowers individuals with the support and care needed to heal, grow, and promote resiliency. She holds a bachelor’s in political science and criminal justice from San Francisco State University and a master’s in clinical psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University.
