Looking for an opportunity to practice yoga and move your body? This series centers our Black and African American learners and employees.
Sessions are in person 2/1/23 and 4/5/23 at Parnassus and 3/1/23 and 5/3/23 at Mission Bay. If you have a mat, please bring it.
This yoga series is open to all UCSF Affilates and is a partnership between the CARE program, the Multicultural Resource Center and the National Center of Excellence in Women's Health.
