After a briefing of National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine's report on the sexual harassment of women in academic science and medicine, students and postdocs at UCSF met to discuss the current climate surrounding gender and sexual harassment on campus.
This discussion led to the formation of the UCSF Gender Equity Trainee Task Force charged with creating UCSF specific recommendations.
On March 15, 2019 UCSF's Gender Equity Trainee Task Force led a Town Hall to present their recommendations and engage the audience with discussion and live polling.
